THE TECHNOLOGY

The RespirAI system monitors multiple parameters, enabling patients, their families and healthcare providers to predict changes in the patient's well-being.

The core technology of the system is based on work done at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, where researchers developed a novel algorithm which enables early detection of COPD exacerbations.

 

The algorithm is based on a novel bio-coupling marker that measures s the synchronization between breathing and walking. Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities are leveraged to improve efficacy of the algorithm for early detection of COPD exacerbations.
